Terms of Service & Cookies

1. Quotations & Contracts

All quotations provided by JJ Sign Co. remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Work commences upon approval of technical drawings/artwork proofs and receipt of the agreed deposit or purchase order.

2. Design & Proof Sign-Off

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, spelling, brand colours, and structural specifications prior to manufacturing. Fabrication begins immediately following final written sign-off.

3. Installation & Site Access

Clear and unobstructed access to the installation area must be provided at the scheduled fitting time. Any local council permits, pavement licenses, or out-of-hours permissions will be agreed upon during project planning.

4. Warranty & Workmanship

JJ Sign Co. guarantees structural fabrication and electrical LED components against manufacturing defects for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of completed installation.
